Napoleon Sykes '96 and InsideOut Initiative Featured in Super Bowl LIX Ad
"Every kid can be somebody, if they have somebody to show them the way." That is the mantra at the heart of the NFL's collaboration with youth organizations across the country and the theme of a commercial that ran during Super Bowl LIX. Among the mentors featured in the ad is a familiar face - Calvert alumnus Napoleon Sykes '96. InsideOut Initiative, where Napoleon serves on the Board of Directors, is one of the NFL partners included.
Napoleon, or Coach Poe as his players call him, is the Head Football Coach and Assistant Director of Admission at The Lawrenceville School. The impact he has on his players extends well beyond the field. His commitment to supporting their personal growth and success is evident at every level he's coached throughout his career. Coach Poe is a true leader!
